This Legal Notice sets out, in complete and plain terms, the identity of the company that operates Mason Park, how orders placed through mason-park.com are formed and fulfilled, the payment, shipping, and return terms that apply to every purchase, and the specific consumer-protection rights available to customers in the United States and internationally, including protections that vary by U.S. state and by country.
Last updated and effective: August 24, 2026. This notice applies to every product category we sell, including the Early Fall Collection, Loafers, Sneakers, Sandals, Sunglasses, Belts, Watches, and our full range of Men's and Women's Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, Footwear, Accessories, and Women's Bags.
Purpose and Scope of This Notice
This page exists to give every visitor and customer a single, transparent source of truth about who Mason Park is as a business, what legal protections apply to a purchase, and how to reach us. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is linked throughout this notice and again at the end of this page.
Nothing in this notice, or in any other Mason Park policy, is intended to limit, waive, or override any statutory right you hold under the law of the country or state in which you reside. Where a term in our policies conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection right, the law that protects you prevails.
Business Identity and Company Registration
Mason Park is the trading name under which Black Scape LLC designs, markets, sells, and fulfils the products listed on mason-park.com. Black Scape LLC is the merchant of record for every transaction placed on this website: it is the entity that takes your payment, is responsible for shipping your order, and is legally accountable for the representations made on our product pages.
Trading Structure
Mason Park does not operate a walk-in retail store and has no showroom open to the public. Every order is placed through mason-park.com, processed by Black Scape LLC, and fulfilled from our Wilmington, Delaware operations address before being handed to a shipping carrier. Because Black Scape LLC is a single, wholly responsible legal entity, there is no franchise, marketplace-seller, or drop-shipping intermediary standing between you and the company that is contractually and legally responsible for your order.
Products and Categories We Sell
Mason Park sells modern American clothing, footwear, and finishing accessories for men and women. Every item we list is a new, physical good shipped directly to the customer; we do not sell digital goods, services, subscriptions, or age-restricted, regulated, or hazardous products of any kind.
The Website and Order Platform
mason-park.com is built and hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform. Shopify provides the underlying storefront, checkout, and payment-processing infrastructure; Black Scape LLC is solely responsible for the products listed, the prices displayed, the fulfilment of orders, and all customer communication. Using Shopify's infrastructure does not change who you are contracting with: your contract of sale is with Black Scape LLC, trading as Mason Park.
How and When a Contract Is Formed
Placing an order and completing payment on mason-park.com is an offer to buy, not an automatic acceptance. A binding contract of sale between you and Black Scape LLC is formed only once we send you an order-confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. Until that confirmation is sent, we may decline or cancel an order — for example, where an item is unexpectedly out of stock, where a listing contained a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud — and any payment already taken will be refunded in full.
Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email address entered at checkout; if you do not receive one within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder before contacting support@mason-park.com.
Pricing, Currency, and Payment Methods
All prices on mason-park.com are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the price of the item; applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown separately at checkout before you confirm payment, so the total charged to your card or account is always disclosed in advance. We do not use manufactured discounts, inflated "was" prices, or countdown-style pressure tactics anywhere on the site.
Payment is processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS-compliant payment infrastructure over an SSL-encrypted connection. We accept the following payment methods:
Mason Park never stores your full card number on our own servers; card details are handled entirely within Shopify's encrypted payment environment.
Order Cut-Off Time, Processing, and Cancellation
Orders placed before our daily cut-off are queued for the next available processing cycle; orders placed after cut-off, or on a weekend, move to the following business day.
Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or address change requested after checkout will reach the warehouse in time. If your order has already shipped, our standard Return & Refund Policy applies instead. To request a cancellation, email support@mason-park.com or call +1 302-509-4305 as soon as possible.
Shipping and Delivery
Mason Park is based in the United States and ships worldwide. Every shipment moves with full tracking and trace visibility through USPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the destination and service level available. Full carrier terms and delivery estimates are also set out in our Shipping Policy.
Domestic shipping (United States)
Standard transit time: 4–10 business days
Flat shipping cost: $4.99 on all U.S. orders
International shipping (worldwide)
Standard transit time: 4–10 business days
Flat shipping cost: $5.99 on all international orders
Transit times begin once an order leaves our Wilmington, Delaware facility and are estimates provided by the carrier, not a guarantee; they exclude our 1–3 business day processing time and can be affected by customs clearance, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For any order shipped to an address outside the United States, the person receiving the shipment is the importer of record under the customs law of the destination country. Any customs duty, import VAT or GST, or brokerage fee charged by that country's customs authority is the responsibility of the recipient and is separate from, and not included in, the item price or the $5.99 international shipping charge shown at checkout, unless we explicitly state at checkout that duties are prepaid for your specific destination. We recommend checking your country's import-duty threshold before ordering if this is a concern.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
30-day return window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Full eligibility criteria and step-by-step instructions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
30-business-day refund
Once a return is received and inspected, we process the refund to your original payment method within 30 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take a further number of days for the funds to appear on your statement.
This 30-day return window is offered by Mason Park in addition to, and does not reduce or replace, any statutory cancellation or return right you hold under the law of your country or state of residence, several of which are described in the sections below.
Product Accuracy and Pricing Errors
We check photography, sizing information, materials, and the price shown at checkout against the physical sample before a listing goes live or is updated, and product reviews displayed on our store come only from customers who purchased the item. Despite these checks, an occasional typographical, pricing, or stock-availability error can still occur.
If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order after it is placed but before it ships, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout with the correct information and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price, choose a substitute item, or cancel for a full refund. We will never charge a corrected, higher price without first obtaining your consent.
Protections That Apply to Your Order
Because Mason Park ships worldwide, more than one legal framework can apply to your purchase depending on where you live. The sections below describe the principal protections that apply; none of them limits any further right the law of your own jurisdiction grants you.
United States — Federal Protections
Orders shipped to a U.S. address are covered by the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, which requires us to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout (or within 30 days if none is stated) and to notify you and offer a refund if a shipment is delayed. Our pricing, product descriptions, and marketing claims are also held to the FTC's truth-in-advertising standards, meaning every claim we make about a product must be accurate and substantiated.
United States — State-Level Privacy Rights and Sales Tax
Mason Park is headquartered in Delaware and collects sales tax only in states where we have an economic or physical nexus obligation to do so; applicable tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we hold, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of Virginia (Consumer Data Protection Act), Colorado (Colorado Privacy Act), Connecticut (Data Privacy Act), Utah (Consumer Privacy Act), and other states with comparable consumer-privacy statutes receive the equivalent rights of access, correction, deletion, and opt-out available under those laws; requests can be sent to support@mason-park.com.
United Kingdom and European Union
Customers in the United Kingdom are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and customers in the European Union by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which together guarantee that goods match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are fit for purpose, and give most online shoppers a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days from delivery to change their mind, separate from and in addition to our own 30-day return window.
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Requests can be directed to support@mason-park.com, and full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Canada, Australia, and Other International Markets
Canadian customers' personal information is handled in line with the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and our marketing emails comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including clear sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
Australian customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law, including statutory guarantees of acceptable quality, that exist independently of, and are not reduced by, our own Return & Refund Policy.
Customers in any other country retain whatever mandatory consumer-protection, distance-selling, and data-protection rights their local law provides. Our policies are intended to supplement, never replace, those rights.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information you provide when browsing, creating an account, or placing an order is collected only where it is genuinely needed to operate the store, process your order, or comply with a legal obligation. Intellectual Property
All product photography, written copy, layout, and the Mason Park name and branding displayed on this website are the property of Black Scape LLC or are used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on the site grants any license to use our brand assets beyond viewing and shopping the store as an ordinary customer.
Prohibited Uses of This Website
You agree not to use mason-park.com to place fraudulent orders, attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site, scrape or harvest data from our listings for resale, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of Black Scape LLC or any other person. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access to the site where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, consistent with the fuller terms set out in our Terms of Service.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to keep product information, pricing, and stock levels accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the website will be free of errors or uninterrupted at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Black Scape LLC's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or a purchase made through it is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law of your country or state, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for statutory guarantees such as those under the Australian Consumer Law or the UK/EU consumer-rights frameworks described above.
