Identity check
For access, correction, or deletion requests, we verify the request came from you, typically by matching the email or order details provided.
Action taken
Opt-out requests (Do Not Sell/Share, marketing) are actioned promptly and generally take effect within 15 days. Access, correction, and deletion requests are completed within 45 days, as permitted by law, with one 45-day extension possible for complex requests.
Confirmation of completion
We'll email the address you provided once your request has been completed, or to explain if we're unable to fulfill part of it and why.
Rights recognized by this request form
California — CCPA / CPRA
California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, request access to or deletion of their data, and request correction of inaccurate information, without being charged a different price or denied service for exercising these rights. We also recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid Do Not Sell/Share request where technically supported.
Other U.S. states
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comparable consumer-privacy laws may use this form to exercise the equivalent access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights available under their state's statute.
United Kingdom & European Union — GDPR
UK and EU residents may use this form to exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port their personal data, and to object to processing carried out for direct marketing, under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Everywhere else
Even where local law does not mandate a formal request process, we will make reasonable efforts to honor access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests submitted through this form.
